Bokashi Re-Cycle?

First Dig a Hole

I needed to “get rid of” some finished (aged in sealed buckets for two weeks) bokashi, so I dug a hole in the garden, dumped two 5-gallon bucketfuls, then covered the hole up with the dirt from the hole and a little bit of compost.  Not sure what I will do with it…maybe dig it up later and use it?

Any questions?

  1. That’s awesome. It’s like trench composting, right? My mother does that!
Maybe you can plant flowers in that spot. I bet they’ll grow like crazy!

I bet, if you plant a pumpkin on that spot, you’ve got some huge harvest later on. 😉
